Using a project that paid ₹500 for a few visiting card designs as the launchpad, we came into existence. The studio secured a web design project, marking our foray into design.

India's e-commerce giant, Flipkart, knocked on our doors, inspiring us to innovate. Designing eye-catching creatives for their home section was the challenge thrown at us, and we gladly accepted it.

It was an exciting year as the studio carved a niche for itself. We inducted another big brand that needs no introduction—Swiggy. Partnering with Swiggy, we created heart-winning designs for their app.

We decided to expand and launched Cliko Studio. The venture focused on offering product photography to Flipkart, adding value to the association. We also grew into a 25-member team committed to excellence.

Like the rest of the world, the studio was hit by COVID-19 lockdowns. Braving through the challenges, we stayed focused and even onboarded a major player in the crypto market—CoinSwitch.

Despite the challenges posed by COVID, we remained determined and continued working hard. Though forced to work remotely, we focused on designing creatives for Flipkart's Big Billion Day sale.

We forayed into new terrain by adding Mediacorp, a Singapore-based media company, to our clientele. Offering UX/UI for their TV OS platform, we showcased our design expertise to a global audience.

Post-COVID, the world turned a new leaf, and we followed suit by rebranding ourselves as MIKADO. We further extended our worldwide reach by establishing a presence in Australia.

Mikado has become a prominent digital branding agency with over 200 global clients. We have expanded to Thrissur and introduced Mentā, a Learning platform for designers.
