Goal
Guaranteeing Premium Streaming Experiences On Diverse TV OSs
CNA enlisted Mikado to revamp their existing OTT news channel to enhance user experience across various TV platforms, including Android, Apple, and Roku. The mission was to design and develop an intuitive, clutter-free interface ensuring a superior news streaming experience on TVs with different operating systems.

The client wanted to deliver a seamless user experience across OS's and make sure that watching news is a pleasurable experience for the users. CNA's existing TV OS interface lacked user-focused elements as they couldn't see the program schedule in advance or add them to the calendar which resulted in users moving away from the platform.

Delivered a revamped interface that exceeded expectations
Mikado addressed these challenges by developing a data-driven design and development strategy. We used animations to enhance user interactions, making the news platform engaging and dynamic. During the course of the revamp, we focused on enhancing features such as categories, live schedules, and upcoming shows. The new interface resolved previous clutter issues and ensured smooth navigation across TV OS's. Additionally, we offered two months of post-launch support including UI testing and quality assurance to guarantee seamless operations.

The revamped platform significantly improved user experience by enhancing the interface and optimizing navigation across various TV OS's. Users could easily access live schedules, upcoming shows, and add events to their calendars by clicking a few buttons on their TV remotes. The sleek design and enhanced user experience resulted in marking a substantial improvement in the viewing experience.
